Tutoring provision that works in partnership with your school

We work alongside schools as a trusted partner — not a one-size-fits-all provider. Our approach to school partnerships means we design provision that complements your existing support structures rather than duplicating them.

Thrive works directly alongside your SENCO and school team, delivering personalised one-to-one tutoring and mentoring for pupils with SEND, EBSA and SEMH needs that complements your existing provision rather than duplicating it.

Whether you need targeted intervention for a small group, intensive one-to-one support for a pupil with complex needs, or a longer-term mentoring programme for vulnerable young people, we can build a package around your school's specific requirements. The referral process is designed to move from first contact to first session quickly.

  • Targeted intervention programmes aligned to school data and priorities
  • Pupil premium tutoring — documented outcomes for Ofsted evidence
  • Alternative provision for pupils unable to access mainstream education
  • SEN specialist tutoring working alongside your SENCO
  • Mentoring for vulnerable learners, including those at risk of exclusion
  • Regular progress reports shared with your school
